Young Justice Finally Revived As Third Season Gets Official Name And Release Date

After 2 seasons back in 2013, animated series Young Justice got cancelled but fans weren’t going to just let it stay down as petitions started going round trying to revive the cancelled series.

Now, normally these things don’t usually work but after much efforts and three years of trying, it seems fans have finally been heard as Warner Bros. Animation announced that production on Season 3 has begun and it is officially titled Young Justice: Outsiders.

Young Justice Season 3 will hit our screens in 2018. A press release stated that ” Season three promises new twists, turns and dangerous new threats for the team, but most importantly, the opportunity for fans to finally continue the adventures of some of their favorite Super Heroes.”

The synopsis of Young Justice: Outsiders reads: In Young Justice: Outsiders, the teenage Super Heroes of the DC Universe come of age in an animated world of super-powers, Super-Villains and super secrets. In the highly anticipated new season, the team faces its greatest challenge yet as it takes on meta-human trafficking and the terrifying threat it creates for a society caught in the crossfire of a genetic arms race spanning the globe and the galaxy.
